2023 Steel Plow Rosé
100% Grenache
This Rosé is juice from 100% Grenache grapes and offers just the slightest hint of pink. The grapes are sourced from Steel Plow vineyards in the Sonoma Valley, farmed using regenerative agricultural practices by the infamous Phil Coturri.
The nose offers aromas of honeydew melon and citrus, The palate explodes with pear, honeysuckle and nectarine finishing with balanced acidity. A light and refreshing wine perfect to pair with summer salads, seafood, pastas, or just sunshine.

Foxy and the hounds gamay noir
100% Gamay Noir
The inaugural Gamay Noir release from organically farmed Foxy and the Hounds Vineyard. Picked under a full moon, the grapes underwent carbonic maceration with 100% whole cluster fermentation. After two weeks of fermentation, the wine remained on skins for an additional three days before pressing. Fermentation finished in tank and the wine aged briefly in neutral oak before bottling in late February.
Tasting Notes
Spicy aromatics of white pepper rise from the glass, followed by juicy raspberry and vibrant red fruit notes. Velvety in texture with refreshing acidity, this Gamay is approachable, energetic, and delicious lightly chilled.

Rossi Ranch Grenache Mourvèdre
Organically farmed Rossi Ranch. 2024 Grenache Mourvèdre boasts a bright transparent red color and is 55% Grenache, 32% Mourvèdre and a small 3% of Syrah, co-fermented with 30% whole clusters and aged for 14 months in 100% neutral oak.

FOXY AND THE HOUNDS SYRAH
Organically farmed Foxy and the Hounds Vineyard. 2024 Syrah is a youthful purple color, fermented with 25% whole clusters, followed by 14 months in 95% new French oak. It’s savory with notes of black olive, preserved blackplums dark berries, crushed lavender, and turned earth. It’s full-bodied, with a ripe feel, although it’s more approachable, and its ripe tannins don’t take over. It has just a hint of chewiness but is very nicely detailed and has a toasted perfume of oak spice on the finish.
